I have been on vacation for a few weeks and have really enjoyed traveling while Bi. While waiting for my flights I have been doing a little research and when I have time I will be writing some more blog posts. However, the Bi community is never far from my mind and I saw a quote I really liked as I was perusing articles. It is about sexuality, in general, and I think it really sums up how I feel about my own bisexuality.
Here it is:
My sexuality is my own business and your opinion is neither required nor desired.
I just love that statement and plan to use it wherever and whenever appropriate. Given the judgmental attitudes that Bis face from both the gay and straight communities it will undoubtedly come in handy. In the meantime, be good to yourselves. You are worthy and you are worth it!
